  1. You can find the wet continental climate in northeastern China, the northern part of the Korean Peninsula, and northern Japan. In this climate it is warm in the summer and cold in the winter. The weather and amount of precipitation is good for farming too. This climate is like the one we have in South Dakota because some of the tempatures they have in months are the same we have in the same month.

  2. Northern China, the Korean peninsula and Japan have humid climates. There kind of like us the have warm summers and bitterly cold winter. Japans low on temp is only 16 degrees. Snow covers most of Japan and northern china, the rest of Asia has a humid temperature for the winter. The area of Vietnam is very hot and humid, so its good for growing rice. The average July temp for them is 74degrees, the January average is 64degrees so it good for growing rice.

Their climate is always humid and wet. Their winters are wet and so are their summers. Our summers are dry (that’s way we have those forest fires in California.) Our winters are dry also that’s why we get chafed lips. We grow corn and wheat and they grow rice and tropical foods because they have the right climate.

  3. Northeastern China and northern Japan have humid continental climates. They have cold winters and warm summers. In Hokkaido the average August temperature is 70 degrees F and January's average temperature is only 16 degrees F. Between November and April you will see snow covering the islands. The rest of East Asia has a humid subtropical climate. The summers are very similar to the humid continental, only different by a few degrees, but the winters are much warmer in the humid subtropical.

The humid subtropical and humid continental climates are similar to the US climates. Especially in South Dakota. We have warm summers and cold winters. The humid subtropical has much warmer winters. More like the winters California or Florida, but the humid continental winters are very similar.

  4. Northeastern China, and the northern part of Korean Peninsula, and northern Japan have a humid continental climates. This is marked by different weather at different parts of the year. Summers are worm and winters are cold. The rest of East Asia and Southeast Asia have a humid subtropical climate this climate is similar to the climate in the United States. The average temperature hear in January is about 63f which is very good for growing crops.
It is not that much more different hear were we live in compared to the wet continental climate. The difference is the we live in the more humid subtropical area which means that we dont get as much rain as they do. There summers are also not as cool. Also are winters are much more milder or wormer then theres is. It is better for them there because its more wet there so they can probably grow rice there better then were we live.
